Job Description
- Responsible for injection molding operation, changing out dies, and troubleshooting machines and equipment.
- Team lead duties for molding operations such as leading team meetings, assuring all documentation is completed properly, etc.
- Inventory resin/components for molding process
- Maintains a clean work environment following safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of molding and process technician experience
- Experience with IATF 16949
- Ability to lift up 50lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for the entire shift
